How it Works:
- Create an account online and log in to submit your list by typing
in what you want us to buy.
- You can copy paste your own list from text file - you can easily
load any of your previous lists next time
- You tell us where to shop and when to deliver (next business day
or later)
- We shop and bring you a copy of the store receipt for your records
- We will deliver anywhere within a 1 hour radius from downtown
Austin, TX
- Payment upon delivery by cash, company account, or credit card
from your computer
- Delivery is usually next business day - however if you really
need it same day you can call 512-369-2242 to see if we have anyone
available. There is a $25 surcharge for same day delivery. [more

What it costs:
- Standard Concierge shopping service is $34.50 / hour flat rate
- Minimum charge is $34.50 (1 hour).
- Total care monthly
plans are available for disabled and elderly over 65 years
ONLY. Benefit from discounts up to 25% with prepaid 'Total Care'
monthly plans [more info]
- Hourly clock time starts when we begin driving to your favorite store, it stops after we are done unloading the goods at your location.
- There are NO product markups - you pay an hourly delivery fee
plus the actual cost of goods
- Out of town customers add $10 for gas.
- We accept payment via cash, credit card, or a company billing account with approved credit
- There is a 3 percent processing fee for all transactions (however,
if you pay with cash, check, or billing account you receive a
3 percent discount = no fee.)
- Personal checks are accepted, but ONLY from customers who have
completed at least 3 orders with us using one of the preceding
payment methods. We do not accept checks from new customers.
